## Nice to have

- 7+ years of estate and tax planning experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Experience developing or presenting estate and tax planning content, publications, or thought leadership
- Experience with irrevocable trusts, generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), and charitable planning strategies
- University degree
