## Required

- 5+ years in program management, product management, operations, implementation leadership, consulting, or delivery management in healthcare, software, or technology-enabled services
- Experience working with health plans, health systems, or other healthcare organizations
- Proven track record owning performance and delivery of complex solutions or programs from strategy through execution
- Ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives with business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders
- Strong client-facing and executive communication skills
- Understanding of operational workflows, system integrations, data flows, and configuration-driven platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data-informed decision-making
