## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years supporting corporate or commercial facilities, design, construction, maintenance or capital projects
- Data collection, data management and record-keeping
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional communication and collaboration across disciplines

## Nice to have

- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, Construction Management or related field
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and preventive-maintenance programs
- Knowledge of City of Los Angeles Building Code requirements for egress and accessibility
- Experience in a campus environment
- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp or Bluebeam
