## Required

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years semiconductor industry experience, OR PhD in Electrical Engineering with 1+ year industry/research experience and semiconductor-focused dissertation
- Hands-on programming experience in Python or C
- Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, process flow, layout, and circuit design/simulation
- Ability to work independently after initial ramp-up

## Nice to have

- PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years semiconductor industry experience
- Experience with BSIM and compact models
- Familiarity with extraction tools like ICCAP or MBP and simulators like HSPICE or SPECTRE
- Understanding of corner, statistical, and sub-circuit models
- Knowledge of layout effects and models
- Understanding of analog and digital circuit blocks
- Hands-on DC/CV characterization experience
- Test automation and RF/noise/reliability testing experience
- Aging simulations and reliability methodology knowledge
- Cadence design environment experience including schematic, analog, layout, DRC, and LVS
