- Experience advising technology companies and startups

## Nice to have

- 5–8 years of M&A legal experience at a nationally recognized law firm or in-house at high-growth tech company
- Experience with public company securities law compliance and SEC reporting
- Experience with equity compensation matters in deal context
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or emerging technology companies
