- MS Excel for tracking and reporting
- Able to work from Walldorf office multiple days per week

## Nice to have

- Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management background
- Experience with collaboration tools like Mural, MS Teams, or SharePoint
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies
- Understanding of SAP solutions or enterprise software environments
