## Required

- 8+ years in fraud operations, fraud intelligence, risk management, trust & safety, investigations, analytics, or related domain with significant people leadership
- 4+ years managing a team of fraud analysts
- Success leading operational teams with high-volume, quality-sensitive workflows and measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of fraud patterns, typologies, and prevention strategies
- Ability to design and improve processes, operating models, and quality systems
- Experience developing and coaching early-career talent and building high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
- Technical fluency working with product, analytics, engineering, and ML teams
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, or operational technologies to improve productivity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders
- Strong ownership mindset with track record of driving change and holding teams accountable
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environment
