- 10+ years of hands-on legal experience in global commercial transactions
- Experience in in-house legal department and/or top-tier law firm
- Extensive experience drafting and negotiating fintech, financial services, and technology agreements
- Ability to support international business teams across multiple regions
- Experience advising on enterprise, payments, and ecosystem partnerships
- Understanding of legal and regulatory issues in payments, stablecoins, blockchain, and digital assets
- Ability to manage legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and operational implications across deals
- Business-oriented judgment balancing legal risk and commercial objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly accountable and organized, comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- J.D. or foreign equivalent
- Active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar
- At least three years of prior top-tier law firm experience
