- 3+ years of people management experience
- Progressive experience in B2B SaaS data and analytics

- Experience leading or working in centralized data functions with both analytics engineers and data scientists
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and embed data into decision-making
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Track record of partnering with Product and GTM leaders on impactful analytical work
- Mentorship and talent development experience

## Nice to have

- Experience with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and A/B testing operations
- Background in PLG or hybrid go-to-market models
- Interest in public-facing roles such as speaking or writing about analytics best practices
