## Required

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Flexibility to work shifts including swing, night, or weekends
- Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods

## Nice to have

- Prior experience with rail, tunnel, structural, or station work
- Prior experience with substations
- Advanced certifications (NICET, ACI, etc.)
