## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in wet mechanical systems engineering (plumbing, HVAC hydronic systems, or process piping)
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes (ASME B31.1, UPC, IPC, ASHRAE)
- Experience reviewing engineering documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional coordination with external partners and internal teams

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing facility projects
- Familiarity with BIM coordination, clash detection, and integrated system design workflows
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices including energy-efficient hydronic systems and water conservation
- Experience with control systems (PLC, SCADA) and system commissioning processes
- Professional certifications (PE, LEED AP, CPD)
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows
