## Summary

Visa seeks a senior network consultant to design, operate, and support their internal and commercial IP networks, including LANs, WANs, and cloud connectivity solutions. ## Required

- 8+ years of relevant network engineering experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD
- Experience with IP routing protocols OSPF and BGP
- Experience with Cisco networking devices at CCNP level or equivalent
- Experience with customer-facing network design and engineering
- Experience with public cloud connectivity (AWS or GCP)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools
- Experience with enterprise DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) systems

## Nice to have

- 9+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD
- Degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
- CCNP certification or working towards it
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies (Cisco or Versa)
- Experience with managed services network models
- Experience with network management tools like Solarwinds and Netbrain
- Experience with network monitoring and alarming platforms
- DMVPN implementation in high availability settings
- Container technology experience in production environments
