- Experience building developer-facing tooling, CI/CD systems, or internal platforms
- Experience driving cultural and process changes in engineering teams
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production system experience
- Proficiency in Go or willingness to learn it quickly
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact

## Nice to have

- Experience improving build systems or test infrastructure at scale (Bazel, Concourse, GitHub workflows)
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
