This role leads the development and deployment of financial justification tools and methodologies that help Assort's sales and customer success teams prove ROI to health systems and provider groups. You'll build defensible models, train the go-to-market organization on value selling, and eventually hire and manage the team as the function grows.

- 6–10 years in management consulting, value engineering, or strategic finance
- Build defensible financial models independently
- Understanding of healthcare economics and national benchmarks
- Executive presence and ability to present quantitative analyses to health system and PE-backed executives
- Built a program or methodology from scratch and driven field adoption
- Structured thinking with exceptional communication skills
- Regular use of AI as a productivity tool

## Nice to have

- Background in strategy or healthcare-focused management consulting
- Sales experience paired with consulting background
- Experience selling to or operating within PE-backed provider platforms or health systems
- Hyper-growth B2B SaaS experience with $1M+ closed-won deals
