## Required

- Manufacturing or industrial work experience
- Team leadership and coaching experience
- Mechanical aptitude for assembly processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Read and interpret blueprints and BOMs
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Pass background check and drug/alcohol screening

## Nice to have

- Heavy metal manufacturing facility experience
- Licensed forklift operator
- ERP software experience (Infor Visual, Acumatica)
- ISO 9001:2015 knowledge
- Electro-mechanical experience
- Workplace safety program experience
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
