## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- RN license in Ohio
- Graduated from accredited school of professional nursing
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross within one year of hire
- NRP completion through American Academy of Pediatrics within six months of hire
- Two years recent clinical nursing experience in mother/baby or OB setting
- Clinical knowledge and skills in obstetric nursing
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication
- Analytical and organizational skills
