## Summary

Medtronic seeks an experienced clinical professional to design and deliver training programs for surgical robotics systems across the Asia region, working with surgeons, OR staff, and field teams to ensure competency and drive adoption of robotic-assisted surgery technologies.

## Required

- 8+ years clinical, training, or medical device field experience (or 6+ years with Associate's degree, or 4+ years with Bachelor's degree)
- Experience in Surgical Robotics or Robotic Assisted Surgery
- Strong understanding of operating room environments and surgical workflows
- Ability to train surgeons, first assistants, OR staff, and field teams
- Experience developing and delivering technical product training programs
- Skilled in creating training materials and lesson plans
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing and Commercial
- Ability to drive competitive readiness initiatives
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Willingness to support Asia regional role including travel and non-traditional hours
