## Required

- 10–15 years of hands-on Creo and Windchill experience
- Advanced parametric part and assembly modeling in Creo
- Expertise defining and enforcing MCAD standards and templates
- Understanding of design-to-manufacturing workflows including release packages and BOMs
- Experience mentoring or directing CAD engineers and designers
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT
- Authorization to work in the USA

## Nice to have

- PTC certified Windchill Admin
- PLM configuration and customization experience
- ECAD and MCAD management with Altium CoDesigner or similar
- NetSuite experience
- Experience in CAD or PLM administration, engineering systems, or manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14 drafting standards
- Technical documentation development such as SOPs and engineering guides
