## Required

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years oil and gas field operations experience
- Direct experience with gas lift systems
- Hands-on experience with gas lift and plunger lift operations
- Hands-on experience with compressor operations
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple priorities

## Nice to have

- Experience with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) systems
- Experience with programming, automation, or control systems
