## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years developing complex electromechanical products
- Expertise in mechanical design, machine design, precision mechanisms, and structural analysis
- Proven experience leading cross-functional engineering teams across multiple disciplines
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies and systems engineering principles
- Extensive experience with DFM, DFA, DFS, DFR, and cost optimization
- Experience developing and executing verification and validation plans including reliability testing
- Proficiency with modern 3D CAD platforms and engineering analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive audiences

## Nice to have

- Experience with automation equipment, robotics, material handling, or industrial machinery
- Knowledge of motion control systems, sensors, pneumatics, and servo systems
- Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing ramp-up
- Familiarity with PLM systems, FMEA, GD&T, and statistical analysis
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth product development environments
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
