## Required

- 7+ years of program, project, or technical delivery experience in cybersecurity, technology, infrastructure, risk, or enterprise transformation
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with senior visibility
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management, identity and access, application security, network security, monitoring, resilience, and governance
- Excellent communication, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and decision-driving skills
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders
- Familiarity with modern AI technologies including LLMs and generative AI
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- PMP, Agile, or cybersecurity certification
- Experience partnering with executives on strategic technology decisions
