- Workshop facilitation skills
- Stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Leadership experience with global or virtual teams
- Independent decision-making within project scope
- Fluency in English

## Nice to have

- Hands-on or conceptual experience with Joule Studio and AI-driven application design
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Supply chain domain knowledge
- German language proficiency
