- 8+ years of product management experience including team leadership or mentoring

- Experience managing and scaling cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/design, and QA
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Understanding of customer journeys, conversion funnels, omnichannel experiences, and digital marketing ecosystems
- Experience establishing product management best practices and frameworks
- Expertise in product requirements, user stories, and backlog management

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
