- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Channel Operations, Partner Operations, or Strategy & Operations in B2B SaaS
- Balance day-to-day operational execution with long-term strategic thinking
- Design and evolve Channel Operations programs including deal registration, partner attribution, and Rules of Engagement
- Strong business acumen to translate ambiguous challenges into operational strategies
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Analytical and data-driven problem-solving approach
- Partner with Business Systems and Analytics teams on scalable processes and reporting
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Channel Sales or Channel Account Management background
- Experience with partner ecosystem tools or PRM platforms
- Curiosity and willingness to learn how to apply AI responsibly
