## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of technical experience with complex pneumatic and electrical systems
- Experience authoring and executing test plans and procedures
- Experience designing and commissioning pneumatic and electrical test equipment
- Knowledge of safety standards and test hazards
- Ability to lead failure investigations and root cause analysis

## Nice to have

- Experience in fast-paced lean environments
- Familiarity with SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540D, MIL-STD-810G test standards
- Knowledge of launch vehicle components like regulators and valves
- Experience with oscilloscopes, multimeters, pressure regulators, and flow meters
- Prior experience leading small teams through ambiguous efforts
