## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 4–6+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in complex assembly or electromechanical environments
- Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software (SolidWorks or SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly processes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Participation in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive position)

## Nice to have

- Plant Simulation analysis experience
- Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
- Experience with ERP/MRP software for BOM and work order management
- Strong drive to identify and improve manufacturing processes
