## Required

- 10+ years building AI, machine learning, and NLP solutions
- 5+ years building applied AI/LLM and generative systems in production
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science
- Enterprise-scale AI and data architecture design experience
- Real-time and batch processing architecture experience
- Strong Python programming skills for data and AI pipelines
- Information retrieval, semantic search, or knowledge-driven systems experience
- Relational, non-relational, and semantic data store experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including APIs, system design, testing, and version control

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Natural Language Processing methods and applications experience
- Familiarity with data privacy considerations and AI
