## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Safety Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of environmental compliance experience (Title V permitting, waste, water, air)
- Prior manufacturing industry experience
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
- Leadership and management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication

## Nice to have

- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of carbon black or chemical manufacturing operations
