- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams

## Nice to have

- Experience in a modern SaaS or cloud-first technology company
- Knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Professional certification such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, SSCP, CC, Security+, or CySA+
- Understanding of cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with process improvement and automation of GRC functions
- Ability to use AI tools for workflow enhancement and automation
