## Required

- Lead and develop 8–15 retail stores with up to 150 total employees
- Drive district-wide revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
- Spend approximately 80% of time in-store coaching and supporting Store Managers
- Execute operational standards and visual merchandising expectations
- Monitor and act on key performance metrics and NPS data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to expand market share and brand presence

## Nice to have

- Experience with clienteling and relationship selling platforms
- Background in customer loyalty or marketing initiatives
- Prior experience in multi-location retail leadership
- Familiarity with sustainable or mission-driven business models
