- 15+ years experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or 13+ with Master's, or 11+ with Ph.D.)
- 10+ years custom design tools and methodology development
- 10+ years with industry standard automated design tools for synthesis, place and route, EM/IR, STA, and PV
- 10+ years with Cadence Innovus and/or Synopsys Fusion Compiler
- CMOS fundamentals and device physics knowledge
- Experience with batch run oriented environments for design space exploration

## Nice to have

- Experience working with foundries
- Machine learning experience for improving productivity and efficiency
- Data analysis skills for large datasets
