- Experience with power generation, distribution, protection, controls, or mission-critical infrastructure
- Experience applying engineering first principles to complex multi-disciplinary problems
- Technical leadership across full project lifecycle from requirements through operations
- Experience developing or influencing engineering standards and design practices
- Ability to communicate technical decisions and risks to diverse stakeholders
- US government background clearance eligibility for Cape Canaveral work

## Nice to have

- Experience with orbital launch, aerospace, utility, or industrial mission-critical electrical architecture
- Experience designing and commissioning medium to high-power systems with redundancy and high-availability requirements
- Knowledge of NFPA, military, NASA, or similar regulatory frameworks for electrical infrastructure
