## Summary

## Required

- Programs or strategy experience at a large, complex organization
- Systems thinking and ability to build repeatable processes
- Cross-functional project ownership across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security
- High agency and bias toward shipping
- Strong written communication skills

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem, model labs, and inference providers
- Experience with provider onboarding and certification
