- Built and repeatable sourcing framework with inbound, outbound, and passive sourcing
- Track record converting outreach into candidate engagement
- Transparent about read quality and willing to revisit decisions

## Nice to have

- Built search reporting for leadership visibility and stall detection
- Designed scorecards, pre-screen rubrics, or interview loops to accelerate decisions
- Recruited technical roles alongside engineering leaders
