## Required

- Electrical and mechanical certification or 2 years equivalent experience in each discipline
- Minimum 2 years lead maintenance mechanic or foreman experience in manufacturing
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems systematically
- Knowledge of standard mechanical and electrical practices, codes, and standards
- Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot PLC, VFD, and Servo controllers
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Own tools and knowledge of machine shop tools
- Ability to walk, sit, stand for several hours and climb stairs and ladders
- Available to work any shift including weekends and emergency repair work
- Lead and direct maintenance personnel
- Follow food safety and OSHA regulations

## Nice to have

- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Certified welder or minimum 2 years welding on-the-job training
- Knowledge of OSHA welding standards including hot work permit
- Welding, fabrication, and machine tool knowledge
