- Understanding of MRP systems and ERP platforms like Infor LN, SAP, or Oracle
- Demand forecasting and material planning experience
- BOM reconciliation experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Data analysis tools: SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel
- New Product Development or New Product Introduction experience
- Design release process and systems experience
- Aerospace or frontier technology industry background
