## Required

- 7+ years of product design experience
- B2B SaaS and enterprise design work
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped work with strong command of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy
- Experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces and data visualizations
- Experience building or substantially shaping a design system
- Ability to take rough concepts and develop them into high-fidelity, visually exceptional designs
- Expert proficiency in Figma and adjacent design tools
- Experience using AI to expedite design and enable others to build to spec
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including giving and receiving critique

## Nice to have

- Marketing, advertising, or eCommerce domain knowledge
- Background in game design, motion design, entertainment, or formal art/design education that brings craft and playfulness to utility software
- Motion design and interaction design experience
