## Required

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years applied ML/AI experience with production-grade systems
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows using Python-based frameworks
- Expertise in GenAI system design including LLM integration and RAG
- Experience designing APIs and deploying ML services in cloud-native environments
- Track record partnering across PM, engineering, and data science to deliver AI features
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Product intuition for identifying AI opportunities

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
