## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS/CIS, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Four years of operational experience with mission-critical production systems in Azure
- Expert-level knowledge of Citrix infrastructure including NetScaler/ADC, Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, and Cloud Connectors
- Understanding of load balancing, DNS, SSL certificates, networking, SAML, and Entra ID
- Four years administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Certificate Services
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and experience with Azure Log Analytics
- Strong customer service orientation and issue ownership
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

## Nice to have

- Citrix or Microsoft Azure certifications
- PowerShell scripting experience
