- Office-based presence in Chicago, Dublin, or London (remote only for exceptional candidates)
- Exceptional discipline in risk management and emotional control

## Nice to have

- Focus on CME, ICE, or Eurex markets
- Experience moving beyond retail or limited prop platforms
