## Required

- 10+ years of recruiting experience with significant technical hiring focus
- 5+ years leading recruiting teams
- Ability to build and execute talent strategies for complex technical organizations
- Deep expertise in technical recruiting and engineering job families
- Experience using data and recruiting analytics to drive decisions
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships across organizations

## Nice to have

- Exposure to AI/ML or platform engineering talent markets
- Experience with senior engineering leaders
- Familiarity with emerging recruiting technologies
- Experience building scalable, automated recruiting solutions
