## Required

- 18 years or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Valid state driver's license with good driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Medium proficiency with tablets, smartphones, and laptops
- Willing to obtain EPA 608 certification
- Willing to perform refrigerant removal and recycling
- Reside within 20 miles of Detroit, MI
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet

## Nice to have

- 2 years of relevant maintenance work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic electrical experience
- Ability to read and understand schematics and parts lists
