## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure engineering and support
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Azure IaaS services
- Experience integrating and supporting hybrid environments connecting on-premises infrastructure with Azure
- Ability to troubleshoot and lead escalations for complex production infrastructure issues
- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Azure compute, storage, networking, and platform services
- Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and operational best practices
- Demonstrated technical leadership and influence without direct people management responsibility
- Experience developing operational documentation, technical procedures, and infrastructure runbooks
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Azure CLI automation and scripting

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting manufacturing, plant, or operational technology (OT) environments
- Familiarity with Azure governance, policy management, networking constructs, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations
- Experience working within MSP-supported operating models and vendor oversight
- Exposure to edge computing platforms and site-adjacent hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience supporting infrastructure for manufacturing and plant-connected workloads
- Familiarity with cloud operational excellence practices and platform lifecycle management
- Azure certifications or other relevant cloud infrastructure certifications
- Experience contributing to cloud infrastructure standards and design reviews
