## Required

- 16+ years of experience in CPU microarchitecture roles

- Experience with Front End, Midcore, and Memory Subsystem CPU architecture
- Performance modeling and debugging expertise
- Collaboration with build and verification teams
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Experience leading microarchitecture segments
- History of collaboration with architects on ambitious targets
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for complex technical ideas
