## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline with 3 years commissioning/systems verification experience, or 7 years hands-on experience without degree
- Experience participating in commissioning, startup, or systems testing in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and contractor submittals
- Experience supporting punch list generation, tracking, and closure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for field documentation and deficiency reports
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail across concurrent tasks
- Commitment to safety culture and ability to work within OSHA, ITAR, and hazardous materials regulatory environments
- Self-starter able to work independently and as a team member in fast-paced environment
- Must be U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident for ITAR compliance
- Must meet eligibility for state and federal explosives licenses, including age 21+
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in manufacturing environment with PPE

## Nice to have

- Experience commissioning energetic materials facilities, solid rocket motor production, or hazardous manufacturing subject to ATF or DoD oversight
- Familiarity with process control systems, PLC/SCADA commissioning, and automated equipment integration testing
