- Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Workday platform
- Strong proficiency with Workday Extend architecture, application lifecycle, security, user experience, and platform capabilities
- Strong experience with Workday Integrations including Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and Workday Web Services
- Advanced experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSLT, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience defining enterprise architecture, reusable frameworks, engineering standards, and platform best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading enterprise technical initiatives across multiple teams
- Experience with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and modern software engineering practices
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing initiatives and balance strategic and operational work
- Experience evaluating and improving business processes and integration workflows through automation and process optimization
