- Ability to build Salesforce reports and list views
- Investigative rigor to reconstruct sequences of events from system data
- Intermediate spreadsheet skills including pivots, lookups and data reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Queue-based work management against SLAs
- Based in Islamabad with US time zone overlap multiple times per week
