- SQL Server expertise
- PLM architecture and data model knowledge
- Proficiency with Teamcenter tools: BMIDE, workflows, queries, reporting, data model
- Professional English
- Technical coordination and team leadership

## Nice to have

- DevOps experience
- Agile or SAFe methodology familiarity
