## Required

- 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Deep hands-on Kubernetes expertise for production clusters
- Strong Terraform experience with reusable modules and state management
- Production software development in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Demonstrated success improving reliability or performance of distributed systems
- Cloud infrastructure and networking knowledge including IAM, DNS, load balancing, routing
- Strong observability and troubleshooting skills with metrics, logs, traces, and alerting
- Experience defining and operating SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident management
- Clear written and verbal communication with strong ownership

## Nice to have

- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, or safe rollout strategies like canary deployments
- Security-minded approach with experience in regulated or high-availability environments
- Experience applying AI-assisted tooling to engineering or operations workflows
