## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years quality engineering, field quality, or reliability engineering in high-complexity hardware industries
- 5+ years direct people management of technical engineering teams
- Hands-on physical failure analysis expertise on electromechanical systems
- Certified or expert practitioner in structured root cause analysis methodologies

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Engineering Management or Engineering discipline
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
- Experience with autonomous mobile robots, humanoid robotics, or safety-critical industrial equipment
- Familiarity with firmware diagnostic tools and telemetry data analytics
